Singtel, M1, Starhub. Who has the Cheapest Mobile Price Plan?

Singtel Mobile

Pros:

Cheapest Handset price with 2-year plan. Subscription Fees per month decrease every year, by 5th year, no subscription fees. Allowed to get a new handset every 12-months. Auto-roam to highest number of locations in the world. Red Reward Points (no more now)

Cons:
Highest call charges. 1st 5-mins, charged by the minute, subsequently charged in 6-sec blocks. To get a Customer Service Officer (CSO) takes an average time of 10-15 minutes. the Hello! Shops have very long waiting queues with average time to get something done being 2 to 3 hours during peak periods.


M1 Mobile

Pros:
M1 points can be to purchase many different items displayed at their website. Great IDD calling rates. Super Off-Peak Rates which are almost half of Peak Rates. Subscription charges decrease over 4-years, 5th year onwards, no subscription. Great price plans. Allowed to upgrade to newer handsets every 18-months at a very low price. Customer Service is great, immediately or about 1-minute.

Cons:
Call charges are structured almost like Singtel. 1st 1-minute charged followed by 6-sec blocks. M1 shop queues are long.

Starhub Mobile

Pros:
Call charges are billed in 1-sec blocks. Lowest call charges. Great price plans but not as well structed as M1 Mobile. Customer Service at Starhub Shops have places for customers to sit and weight. Every 12-months handsets can be changed but at a premium price.

Cons:
Subscription charges are never reduced no many how many years you are with Starhub Mobile. Have to call Customer Service to get discounts and upgrades. Have to wait an average time of 12-minutes to get hold of a CSO.
